Our client, an established growing business in the North Nottinghamshire area are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

The key purpose of the role is to provide accurate and timely administration support to the Finance function and process all bank related transactions and expense claims correctly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process all bank related transactions accurately
  • Maintain payment beneficiaries on the banking systems
  • Review employee expenses and process the claim information for payment by the payroll team
  • Deal with any queries
  • Control petty cash and analyse spend
  • Maintain filing
  • Raise purchase orders and credit card requests for the finance team
  • Preparation of outgoing post
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
