GP Practice Manager, Newmarket

(Full or Part-time)

Due to retirement, we are looking for an enthusiastic, accomplished senior manager to lead our excellent team in a busy forward-thinking training practice of approx. 10,750 patients. 

Previous financial and management/leadership experience is essential as well as good interpersonal skills and a focus on performance and quality. Practice management/NHS experience desirable.

Our GP partners are a cohesive team who get on well together and support each other and the salaried doctors in developing different interests and areas of expertise within the practice.  We are keen to embrace new initiatives. The practice is heavily involved in training and teaching and has registrars and medical students.

We strive for excellence and this is reflected in our Outstanding CQC report and our high QOF scores. We will expect the successful candidate to lead the business forward strategically to seek new business opportunities and help maintain our high standards of patient care whilst maximising the potential of the practice as a business.

To aid this you will be supported by the 6 GP Partners as well as a strong practice team.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
