A well-established, highly successful Global IT organisation, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to work at their Manchester office.
You will be commercially aware, enjoy new challenges, be able to make tough decisions and build great internal relationships with team and management at all levels.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing resources
- Driving revenue and margin improvements
- Working with the Line Manager to create a dynamic, proactive and commercial team
- Managing absence, holiday and sickness
- Supporting the Line Manager to drive efficiency improvements
- Sharing and implementing best practice
- Working to develop vendor relationships, supporting business growth
- Coaching individuals to improve sales, commercial skills and overall performance
- Acting as the first point of escalation for team queries

- Experience of leading a team
