One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn companies within the Artificial Intelligence space, shaping the workforce of tomorrow using Robotic Process Automation, is seeking a HR Business Partner to ensure key HR services and consultancy are delivered across EMEA.

A major area of responsibility will be to consult with business leaders to identify and solve key issues to recruit, develop and retain top EMEA talent as well as to contribute toward global HR initiatives as assigned.

Based in London, the HR Business Partner will need to have a birds-eye view over a complex set of HR operations, and will be able to easily oversee and ensure they are aligned to the organisation's own business goals.

Based in the UK, the HR Business Partner will become an integral member of the global People Operations team and the EMEA Leadership team, responsible for nurturing and fostering development, creating trustful working relationship and facilitating meaningful decision-making processes on all activities. Building solid bridges between stakeholders and internal teams will be paramount to ensuring growth and collaboration.

Scope of activities

  • Ensure a high level of organisational effectiveness through programmes and systems that sustain ongoing performance management, organisational design, analysis and change management, talent assessments (careers), leadership development and succession planning.
  • Analyse trends, monitor and report metrics with the People Operations team and takes decisions based upon them.
  • Sustain performance management processes across levels and establish performance-based reward systems by providing inputs and actions on significant business cycles such as workforce planning, salary planning, and organisation budgeting for growth and expansion.
  • Act as an adviser, mentor & coach to the People Operations team whenever help is needed for addressing complex employee issues.
  • Identify training and learning needs for teams and individuals and oversee learning & development initiatives and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure the implementation of People Operations team strategies and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees, collaborating with the legal department when necessary.

Job Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge in work labour and HR administrative processes.
  • A background in a tech company - preferably a start-up - desirable.
  • MBA degree desirable but not mandatory.
