ADMINISTRATOR
GBP15,300 + GBP2,400 BONUS

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 - 5:30 - NO WEEKENDS
THE OPPORTUNITY
I am pleased to be recruiting on behalf of my well-established client and helping them to expand their team. Due to company growth they are looking for experienced Administrator to work in a Credit Control/Customer Service based role.
You will work alongside one other Administrator/Credit Controller to manage the outstanding ledger of invoices and improve the customer experience.
DUTIES
* Handling incoming customer queries over phone, email, post and fax
* Liaise with other departments internally to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
* Liaise with couriers to reduce issues regarding customer deliveries
* Keep up to date and accurate records of all customer communications
* Chasing outstanding and overdue invoices with clients
* Keep up to date and accurate records of
* Escalate any problems to the Credit Control Manager
* Provide administration support to the department e.g. sending invoices, copy invoices, arrears letters and statements of accounts
SKILLS YOU NEED
* Excellent PC and related technology skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Good communication skills
* Basic credit control background an advantage but not necessary
* Willing to learn and undergoing ongoing training
