Interim Financial Accountant - Watford
GBP28,000 - GBP35,000 per annum, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well established international business for a Interim Financial Accountant to join its team. This is initially on a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract basis with great potential for the role to go perm for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining intercompany accounts for US GAAP and Statutory reporting
- Timely and accurate monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries to general ledger
- Prepare intercompany sales statements and intercompany balance statements
- Process accruals during month-end close
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Maintain ledger accounts
- Assist in internal control reviews
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting, strong analytical an problem solving background. You will be immediately available and have experience in process and project management.
