PASTORAL MANAGER: INTERNAL INCLUSION / EXCLUSION
LOCATION: Weavers Academy
SALARY: Scale 7 (Points 29-31)
GBP26,470 - GBP28,221 (pro-rated GBP22,666.28 - GBP24,165.66)
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 37 hours a week/39 weeks a year (Term time only)
The role contributes to a wide continuum of specific, additional provision to meet the needs of students who are vulnerable to underachievement due to their attitude to learning and behaviour.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of inclusion and how to achieve it through a range of strategies that motivate, encourage and engage students so that they become increasingly ambitious for themselves and their futures.
You will be motivated to work with students to achieve the school's high expectations and will be part of a large raising standards team, focused on improving attendance, behaviour and attitudes to learning.
