Our Client is one of Europe's longest established independent suppliers of printed packaging. Operating from modern, purpose-built premises, they are dedicated to providing environmentally sustainable solutions to the Beauty, Food, Healthcare and Household markets.

The company are looking to recruit a keen, motivated, multi-disciplined administrator to support the Accounts Team, and the wider office in general, with administrative tasks as required in order to support the continuous efficient operation of the business. A strong work ethic and desire to help are critical to the role. A background in Finance Administration or an AAT qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Input purchase invoices onto the Radius system.
Reconcile supplier statements to the ledgers to ensure completeness.
Raise sales invoices (alongside the Sales Ledger/Credit Controller) following guidelines and procedures.
Enter goods received notes onto the appropriate system.
General filing, both paper and electronic, including proof of deliveries. Sort, open and distribute incoming mail.
Prepare and organise the couriering of parcels.
Answer customer or supplier queries in relation to invoices.
General banking duties e.g. withdrawing petty cash and depositing customer cheques.
Assist in the roles of other members of the team where required e.g. covering Credit Control, handling petty cash.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to maintain high level of accuracy
Keen attention to detail
Hours can be flexible to suit
