Job Title: Office / Administration Assistant
 
Location: Mochdre, Colwyn Bay
 
Part time: 3 days per week. 9.00 – 5.30
 
We are looking for a part time Office / Administration Assistant to join and support our reception and accounts office.

The role’s focus will be office and reception duties. Task will include general admin as well as being customer facing at times.
 
What you will be doing:

  • Reception duties, including answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
  • Liaise with customers, create and upload new jobs on to computer system
  • Admin support, such as filing and photocopying.
  • Keeping online systems up to date with work progress
  • The Candidate (desirable experience)
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge or experience of the automotive sector
  • Good customer service skills, as well as polite and professional phone manner
  • Computer literate, to include Microsoft Office.
  • Any training required on our internal systems will be provided.
