HR Business Partner

I am currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor or a HR Business Partner to join a successful worldwide business in a newly created role partnering and reporting into an inspirational Senior HR Business Partner.

This role will support, deliver and advise on best practice HR initiatives and policies that support organisational goals, both in the UK and Europe.

You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to junior lines mangers within the Technical and the Commercial divisions across all aspects of HR and you will also be responsible for implementing organisational structures to achieve strategic goals, including capacity building, supporting talent management planning, engagement and employee relations.

The ideal candidate for this role needs to be either fully qualified or studying towards their level 5 or 7 CIPD and have experience at working within a complex business in a HR environment at this level.
