Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join an international company in their Registrations department based in Nottingham. The company works with some of the world's most respected and well-known brands of domestic appliances and electronic consumer goods.

Hours: 37 hours per week, flexible shift pattern between Monday - Sunday, 8am- 8pm. This is a temporary position.
 

Requirements

• Team leader or management experience in a contact centre environment, ideally with sales involved
• Available immediately
• Good people skills and relationship building skills.

Team leader role

New and existing customers will be in contact with your team to register appliances and electronic consumer goods in order to activate the manufacturer’s guarantee. The trained Sales Advisors deliver an exceptional customer experience where they understand a customer's needs and then sell the appropriate products to meet those needs.

Team Leaders are responsible for up to 15 agents, driving sales, driving performance, managing behaviour, weekly coaching, one to ones, performance managing, team meetings and setting team up for the day, be on hand to support with difficult calls.
