JavaScript / WebGL Developer (3D Interface) - Startup

A Full Stack Web Developer / JavaScript / WebGL Developer is needed to join an exciting, well-funded, start-up who are revolutionising medical imaging. Working from their office in Oxford (flexible / remote working is available for the right candidate) expect to have a real impact designing and delivering, high quality, innovative web-based medical imaging applications that will save lives.

This ground-breaking start-up is transforming cardiovascular diagnostic tools through a leading highly scalable cloud-based system that provides personalised analysis to millions of patients world-wide. At an exciting stage in their development, they are now seeking a Full Stack Web Developer / JavaScript / WebGL Developer to make a real difference working on game changing technology.

Joining the team as the Full Stack Web Developer / JavaScript / WebGL Developer you will utilise your experience with node.js, JavaScript, three.js, WebGL, React and HTML5 to design and develop their web-based, medical imaging application. You will be a passionate self-starter and a hands-on-coder able to design the application to meet business requirements, whilst supporting the development of automated test suite and continuous integration pipeline.

To qualify. You should be a Full Stack Web Developer / JavaScript Developer / WebGL Developer / Interactive Developer (WebGL & three.js) / Front End Engineer (WebGL & three.js)/ WebGL 3D Interface Developer / JavaScript Full Stack Developer / Node & React JavaScript Developer / Web Application Developer or similar with a friendly proactive attitude and a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in full stack development with node.js, JavaScript, React or Vue, HTML/5;
  • Experience with WebGL and three.js;
  • Experience with AWS services and Docker;
  • Experience with backend databases e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB;
  • You are a self-starter and a hands-on coder with ability to design an application to meet business requirements.

Any experience or exposure to test automation such as TDD, BDD would be a bonus.
