My client is a social housing provider based in Bury. Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a Gas Engineer with experience of working in domestic properties carrying out refits and maintenance.
This role will involve working in void and tenanted properties therefore domestic and/or social housing experience is essential.
Applicants must be:
* GAS SAFE REGISTERED
MET1 Certificate is desirable but not essential.
You will be working on kitchen and bathroom projects performing refits and general maintenance in the properties.
Work will be carried out under the current Gas Safety Regulations, H&S regulations.
This is a temp to perm role.
