Do you have experience of managing a multi site role?
As the Facilities Manager you will required to manage 20 sites across the UK, with a Swansea base.
You will be required to work autonomously and be accountable for your own work.
You will not gave a direct reports but be be responsible for the organisation of sub contractors and manage these.
As the Facilities Manager you will ale be required to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the 20 properties is keep at a high level
You will be responsible for your own cost control.
Even though the main part of role will be as a Facilities Manager of an already well established network of sites, you will also Project Manage any new store openings and refits.
You will need to be:
* Driven and self motivated
* Able and willing to travel, sometimes with over night stays
* Have the ability to run ans manage projects of varying sizes and in some cases side by side
* Ideally BIFM and NEBOSH qualifications
* Possess excellent negation and problem solving skills
* Make decisions!
