HR Recruitment Officer
Taking full responsibility for the recruitment process from screening CV's, interviewing and making offers, you will be working in a fast-paced and diverse role! This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced recruitment or HR professional to progress within a growing and dynamic SME who have won awards for their fantastic working culture! Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will take full responsibility for your own role.
HR Recruitment Officer Responsibilities
As the HR Recruitment Officer, your duties will include:
Managing the recruitment of graduates which involves attending career fairs
Drafting job advertisements after taking brief from managers
Researching and reporting new ways of advertisement and work closely with the marketing team to best promote careers
Responsible for the full recruitment process from processing CV's, arranging and conducting interviews to sending offer letters and agreeing contracts
Inducting new employees
HR Recruitment Officer Experience
To be a successful candidate for this role, it's essential to have previous experience within recruitment or HR. You will be comfortable interviewing at both junior and senior levels and have excellent communication skills. It's key that you can build strong relationships and have a flexible, adaptable approach to your work. As you are working within a small team, you will be willing to get stuck in when needed. You will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is organised and can meet strict deadlines.
