Location - Stafford or Shrewsbury. Flexible base with the requirement to work across all sites and home/mobile working as necessary.
Salary - GBP41,310 per annum + Car Allowance + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our experienced Development team!
As one of our Project Managers, you will assist with the preparation, revision and delivery of the Group's growing Development Business Plan and Development Programme, comprising mixed tenures i.e. Open Market sales and rents and Affordable developments across Staffordshire, Telford and Wrekin and Shropshire.
Taking responsibility for agreed and varying elements of mainstream activities, including contract management of development schemes and liaison with the building contractors, developers, consultants, authorities, councils, communities etc.
With experience in a similar role and an in depth knowledge of related construction, Housing, Development, refurbishment/ regeneration and land purchasing. Educated to a HNC/HND level in a construction related discipline or have equivalent knowledge through work experience and training in construction and or new build development. Ideally you will have a proven track record of delivering new build Development schemes and experience of working with contractors, consultants, authorities and related agencies.
We have offices in Shrewsbury and Stafford. This post offers a flexible base with the requirement to work across all sites and home/mobile working as necessary.
