The Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will deliver a range of protective services at Marks & Spencer's site in Cambridge, focusing on providing an exceptional customer experience.

Specifically, you will:

- Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, premises and property

- Identify ways to enhance customers' shopping experience

- Communicate with customers in an approachable and engaging manner

About You

To be considered as a Retail Security Officer, you'll need:

- Excellent customer service skills

- A valid SIA licence

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- A full five year checkable work/educational history
