Personal Lines Account Handler

Norwich - Outskirts
Our Client, based on the outskirts of Norwich, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Handler to join their Broking office.
You will be handling classes of business including Home, Motor and Travel as well as some small Commercial risks and liaising with Customers face to face, over the telephone and through written correspondence.
Also managing Customers expectations in regards to inviting competitive quotes and renewals as well as midterm adjustments and cancellation/lapses, sending accurate, timely and compliant documentation.
You will interact with Insurers to negotiate on terms and premium as well as transmitting business via systems such as OpenGI.
Suitable candidates will have previous experience of working within a Personal Lines environment, preferably on the Customer Service side as opposed to sales.
Also have great interpersonal skills and a desire to do all possible to help your customers.
As this is a customer focused role, there will be occasional Saturday mornings to be worked in order to enable your customers to speak to you then.
Because of our client's location, having your own transport is beneficial
