Our client is a manufacturer based in the Northamptonshire area that specialises in the repairs and erection of yachts and boats. They are looking to recruit a number of Paint/Lacquer sprayers to join their fast paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be a hard working team player, who can also work on their own when required. They will have a basic understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace and be confident and compotent using a range of power tools.
Main duties will include:
* Adept at setting up, cleaning and maintaining the spray equipment
* Ensure the materials are prepared and mixed to the colour and consistency
* Thorough preparation of surfaces
* Careful and attentive application of products including high gloss polyester and paint lacquer products to produce an unblemished finish
