The Farm:
Tractor driver/GFW required on 300 cows, 142ha dairy in North Somerset. Main duties to include feeding TMR ration, operating zero grazer, slurry spreading, scraping yards and bedding cubicles, general machinery maintenance.
The Role:
The farm is run as a flying herd, housed all year round. Cropping includes grass, maize and wholecrop cereals with all major field operations carried out by a contractor.
The Applicant:
Some experience required, high standards and ability to work as part of a team are essential. Telehandler certificate preferred. Working hours could be flexible but some weekend work required.

Additional Info:
This is a contract position, where the successful person will operate as an agency worker with Farm Solutions. This means that the person will not have sub-contractor responsibilities and all statutory tax deductions and payments will be made by Farm Solutions on their behalf. Hourly pay operates, which includes pay for overtime hours worked.
