Major GPS are recruiting for experienced Process operatives based in Middlewich. Successful applicants will be responsible for meeting company production standards and targets working on a continuous 7 day, 12 hours Shift Rotation. The average working week is 42 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a number of vessels
- Safe handling of chemicals
- Analytical testing during process
- Working to detailed work methods/process instructions and recording accurate information
- Operating forklift trucks to move raw materials around the site/plant.
- Training will be given for all duties and responsibilities.
The person:
- Experience of chemical processing preferred though experience from similar manufacturing environments will also be considered.
- FLT License holder.
- Capable of working to set procedures, eager to learn, Health & Safety conscious, highly motivated, must be able to work as part as a team and on an individual basis
- Good communicator with attention to detail.
- Willingness to undertake shift work is essential.
Salary: GBP26,300.00 /year
