Job description:

We are looking for a passionate paid media specialist who is a cut above the rest. If you have significance experience in paid media (programmatic and direct), have a proven track record of managing large budgets, driving growth whilst keeping ROI on target then we would love to hear from you.
Head of Paid Media What you'll do:
* Highly analytical approach and strong reporting skills
* Comfortable working with significant media budgets
* A good understanding of how paid channels work together in tandem
* Be highly proficient in driving revenue growth
* Have hand-on experience and in-depth tactical knowledge across Display, re-marketing & programmatic
* Track record using budgets to drive effective and efficient awareness, acquisition as well as retention
* Previous experience in setting the strategy, executing the plans across all paid channels
* Ability to assess suitable resources, partners and tech requirements to deliver on paid media targets
* Constantly keeping up to date with industry innovation to open out new opportunities
* Able to run multiple A/B tests at the same time on multiple platforms to drive efficiencies as well as leverage opportunities to drive growth
* Defining media KPIs relevant to all campaign types across media channels - focusing on both measures of short term and longer-term value, and having experience in more advanced methods of measuring success e.g. cross-channel attribution
You should have:
* Significance experience of performance marketing experience in digital companies, with significant experience managing and optimising
* Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
* Strong organisational skills required to effectively manage multiple projects at any given time
* Strong people management skills and experience in recruiting, managing and developing teams
* Strong in strategy, planning, executing, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimisation to ensure delivery against specific KPI's
