The Company:

Role & Responsibilities:
* You will have a heavy involvement in recruitment and training, and take the lead on implementing training.
* Advertise positions, identify and communicate with potential candidates, conduct interviews, perform employment verification and background checks and assist with notifying candidates with their decision.
* Support, coach and provide guidance to line managers and employees on the full range of ER issues, in compliance with policies and procedures as well as up to date Employment Law.
* Provide functional and advisory support across HR and ER.
* Actively monitor and identify opportunities for improvement across HR processes.
* Communicating proposed solutions or disciplinary action in cases of employee relations issues.
* Effective case management of people related issues.
About You
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate advice and guidance effectively.
* Knowledge of employment legislation and ACAS best practice.
* Effective case management of people related issues.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
