I am looking for an experienced Sous chef for a local and fast paced kitchen.
Duties:
Assisting the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
To support CDP's and Commis chefs
To complete and maintain the compliance documents
Run service and maintain high standards
Ensure prep is on track for service and assist where needed
