The Role of the Chef de Partie
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* Develop and train the other chefs
The Requirements of the Chef de Partie in Farnham
* Experience at a Chef de Partie level in a similar environment
* Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or can evidence relevant experience.
* Passionate about food
Daytime Shifts - 9:00am - 5:30pm 5 out of 7 Days with alternate weekends off.
