COMMIS CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIE - COMPETITIVE SALARY - DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES**
We are currently recruiting Commis Chefs and experienced Chefs de Partie for our clients' groups of restaurants located around the Denham, Gerrards Cross, and Watford areas.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous kitchen experience, either in a restaurant, hotel, or gastropub environment, working on the line in a fast-paced environment and preparing quality food.
The right Commis Chef will have a great work ethic, and a desire to learn. Some kind of exposure to a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
Either way the right Chef will have a positive attitude with being a Chef a vocation and not just a job; have a passion and pride for what you do; and a desire to develop further.
What we look for in our Commis Chefs / Chefs de Partie:
•A qualification in cookery, or relevant experience in Rosette standard kitchens is ideal but not essential.
•Previous experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or gastropub is necessary for a Chef de Partie.
•A good work ethic, with pride in preparing and delivering quality food.
•A desire to succeed and progress your career!
