Job Description

Our client based in Worksop has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. As a HR Advisor you will support the team in providing a professional and confidential support service to the site.

Your main duties will include:

- Placing a key focus on candidate absence/sickness.

- Creating and maintaining internal reports and spreadsheets using a variety of systems.

- Preparing and distributing internal reports and confidential documents

- Supporting managers in areas relating to disciplinary, grievance investigating and hearings.

- Facilitating the recruitment process from placing adverts, screening candidates, through to appointment and induction.

Person Specifications

Desired skills and attributes for the successful candidate include:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise.

- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

- Ability to use own initiative.

- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters as necessary.
