Mobile Service Supervisor (Environmental)

We are working with a multi services organisation that is looking for a Mobile Service Supervisor (Environmental) to join their growing team to work on contracts in Dundee and the North of Scotland.
This is a permanent position that will offer possibilities of career growth and progression.

The Role
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Remedial Works. To monitor and evaluate and train service teams on all legionella contracts Northern Scotland to meet legionella, legislative requirements and carry out site legionella risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
oEnsure that the following Remedial Works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of ACOP L8, HSG 274, BS806 and the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations & Byelaws:-
oDeal promptly with any priority works allocated by the Help Desk
oEnter and maintain all information on any worksheets issued by Help Desk, include details as to action taken and hours expended and return completed job sheets promptly
oUndertake training that may be required to fulfil duties and train legionella technicians
oTo attend team meetings as required
oTo monitor workload and technicians are completing tasks as per client KPIs
oTo mentor legionella technicians and give technical support when required
oLiaise with the helpdesk on compliance issues

Skills & Experience required
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:
oWorking understanding of L8 ACOP, HSG 274 part 2, 3 and Fluid Categories
oExperience in a similar role with a background in Water Management/Legionella
oSound understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
oKnowledge of both imperial and metric fittings
oMust be capable of working in confined spaces/at height
oAbility to interface with people, including clients, at all levels
oAbility to be a self-starter within a team environment
oSupervisory experience in a legionella environment
oBe able to communicate with technicians to enable them to be productive
oWorking across contracts and working away from home if required
