Based in Stoke on Trent with easy transport links to the North West, West Midlands and East Midlands, Stoke on Trent College is the largest provider of further education in Stoke and North Staffordshire, with around 10,000 students each year on full-time and part-time study programmes, apprenticeships, professional qualifications and university-level courses. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can present a positive image of self, the team and the Estates department. The role is to support the College Management in the maintenance and development of the college premises, such that the facilities and overall environment fully support the overall aims and visions of the College.
The purpose of the role is to be proactive, cooperative & hands on support the overall planned preventative maintenance plan. To lead the daily completion of maintenance tasks and timely resolution of reactive works to ensure that the outcome is a safe, warm and dry work/learning environment for all our staff and students.
