We are recruiting a Support Worker to support the Projects Manager and Senior Worker in the delivery of housing management and support services for young people aged sixteen to twenty-five, with a specific focus on our dispersed low-level supported housing in Eastbourne.

The role includes assisting residents to develop personally and socially in order that they grow in confidence and move towards independence.

You will have day to day responsibility for the provision of tenancy support and signposting, income collection, void management, maintenance, health & safety and tenancy services. The work is typically completed in office hours; however some flexibility may be required.

Experience of working in housing or a related field is desirable alongside the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries. 

You should have the ability to engage, motivate, inspire and empower young people; and will be required to multi-task to ensure the safe running of the project and safeguarding of residents.
