We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in our specialist ASD provision at Meopham School.
The Nick Hornby Centre is a specialist provision who supports pupils with an EHCP with a primary diagnosis of ASD. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting our pupils, both inside and outside of the classroom, to support their progress and exceed their potential.
You will work closely with class teachers and the Manager of the Nick Hornby Centre on a daily basis, as well as lead on intervention sessions during advisory periods.
Good levels of literacy and numeracy are essential.
Experience of working with pupils with ASD is desirable.
