Junior CAD Technician
General and varied role in a local busy office environment.
Permanent position, Full Time
We are looking for a reliable self-motivated individual who would ideally be:
- Computer literate - AutoCAD experience and Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly organised with good eye for detail.
- Articulate and a good communicator.
- Experience of working in an Engineering office/environment
The ideal candidate will be able to manage their workload efficiently and will have excellent communication skills.
Typical duties include:
- Preparation of arrangement and detail drawings using AutoCAD.
- Preparation of bills of materials.
- Updating existing drawings to current company standard
- Liaising with other staff, suppliers and clients.
- Maintaining records and filing systems, both manual and electronic.
- Using Microsoft office packages to prepare documents.
- Assisting in preparation of enquiries and tenders.
- Assisting in administration of ISO 9001 Quality Management system.
Salary dependant on experience, upto £21,000
CTS Process design, supply and install Mechanical Handling Equipment for the Brewing, Distilling, Food and Pharmaceutical Industries.
