Beauty Designer

Veblen International are searching for a Beauty Designer to join a very fun and unique company that offers an amazing portfolio of quirky, niche products! This is an exciting and creative international opportunity that promises a fun work culture and many routes for progression within the company!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Working alongside the in-house compliance team to ensure all requirements are met

* Delivering a strong portfolio of beauty packaging design solutions for both core and MTO globally

* Following style guides of established brands

* Mentoring the Design Intern when required

* Liaising with the product developers to develop products, packaging and branding that meets business needs

* Working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing briefs across the website, mailers and social media

* Contributing to regular ideation sessions and forums to generate new ideas

* Maintaining knowledge of competitor activity across UK, US & ROW

Candidate requirements:

* Experience in design and product development within the beauty sector

* Previous experience taking a product from end to end

* A creative mind and an eye for detail

* Excellent presentation skills

* Good commercial awareness

* Confident using the Adobe Creative Suite

* Expert technical knowledge in graphic design, packaging design and range development

* Great interpersonal and networking skills
