System and Development Analyst

Reporting to the Systems and Development Manager, the Systems and Development Analyst will focus on projects, new developments and systems utilisation within the Contracting Team, supporting the use of key systems such as Juniper across the business.

In this exciting new role, you will support all Contracting project and development work - including specification, design and implementation. You will Support the use and development of systems from a Contracting perspective, including SAPR App, Product Brief, Payments Portal, Business Travel App, Contacts Database, EROS and Tableau, becoming fully proficient in all systems to support the business. Preparing clear specifications and outlining requirements for development you will submit for approval and development in line with development processes. Investigating live issues as and when they arise and providing fixes to live issues where possible you will monitor and implement solutions when and where required. Managing the queries inbox for users across the business, you will provide advice and solutions to issues, monitoring progress and providing regular updates to Manager.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint, including the ability to format basic MI. You will be highly analytical, accurate with excellent attention to detail, with strong communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to analyse data, produce reports to identify and resolve problems. Previous experience of working with SAPR App, Product Brief, Payments Portal, Business Travel App, Contacts Database, EROS or Tableau would be highly desirable but not a necessity for the role.
