Senior Database Services Officer - Leading Animal Charity 
Carterton, West Oxfordshire 

The Charity

Blue Cross are one the UK’s leading rehoming organisations for animals. We support sick, injured and homeless pets and care for more than 40,000 animals every year through our rehoming, veterinary and education programmes. 

We’re now looking for a Senior Database Services Officer to oversee the smooth running of our databases in Carterton.

The Role 

As the Senior Database Services Officer, you will work with the Database Services Manager to enable access to, and the use of, data resources. You will ensure we can derive income and other value from all of our database assets. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Manage multiple simultaneous projects 
- Deal with multi-database operations and single view solutions 
- Conduct data process mapping 
- Provide excellent service across the organisation 

About You 

To be considered as the Senior Database Services Officer, you will need: 

- Experience of working in a database or CRM role 
- Previous experience of data selection in a business context
- Experience of database interrogation tools and providing insight solutions to internal customers 
- Strong project management and organisational skills 
- Good knowledge of GDPR and data protection legislation 
- A full, valid driving licence
