They are searching for an experienced Head Housekeeper for The Cannon. Your role will be key in ensuring that they consistently provide high standards of housekeeping for their guests. You will need a proven track record in managing high performance teams within the hospitality and housekeeping sector.
The role will have a strong emphasis on delivering our Client’s Brand Standards at 'gold' level, driving cost efficiencies through improved productivity, continuously looking for smart ways of working and maintaining high standards in order to deliver 90% satisfaction on our guest review scores as a minimum. You will also have the opportunity to be a Duty Manager - being accountable for the full operation in the absence of the Apartment or Assistant Apartment Manager.
