We are looking for motivated individuals to join our client, in their well established and prestigious laundry business, as a Laundry Assistant where you will be supporting the Supervisor with the smooth running of the laundry department based in Horsham.
Responsibilities of a Laundry Assistant will include maintaining a clean working environment together with sorting, ironing and packing of clean linen and clothing in preparation for forward delivery.
The operation of laundry equipment will include industrial washing machines / industrial tumble dryers/rotary ironing press/industrial hand steam iron. You will also be required to fold clothing and linen and sort into containers
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm/4:00pm.
