The Fix are excited to be working with a Global Marketing and Production services agency. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their in-house team for one of their biggest clients within the Tech industry.
The Account Manager will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of creative campaign materials from ratification of client brief through to internal studio brief, collation of amends and final delivery to printer. Additional responsibilities include financial and administrative upkeep and the maintaining of successful client/agency relationships.
The ideal candidate will have had experience managing projects, client relationships and working closely with studio teams. Experience working on Print and POS campaigns is a MUST!
Skill set:
- Clear, concise and articulate communication
- Able to confidently negotiate with clients, agencies and suppliers
- Team player but able to work well independently
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise, delegating if needed
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Understanding of digital workflow tools and how they interact/support agency process
- Strong production knowledge including file formats, colour management and print production process
People management skills:
- Able to build and maintain strong partner relationships with client and creative agency
- Project fulfilment- Liaison with media owners and agencies to source media schedules and publication deadline and specification information, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment for all bookings
- Liaison with creative agencies for the receipt of incoming master material and its internal validation, through to the management of creative briefs from inception
- Managing the life cycle of a job from briefing and material creation to fulfilment
- Operation of digital workflow systems
- Ensuring a robust audit trail for all work produced
Systems & Processes:
- Ensure all jobs and relevant documents are entered into the digital workflow and that the job status is accurate at all times
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all client/agency reports and additional financial reporting
- Checking quality and content of all material produced with overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of compliant material.
- Managing the escalation process with the studio/management
- Play a proactive role in the identification and implementation of cost/efficiency saving measures.
- You will ensure such changes to process are clearly communicated, upheld and constantly challenged
Relationships:
- Forging strong working relationships with internal departments, ensuring the smooth flow of work to/from the studio, escalating any issues to your line manager
- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with client/agency contacts
Financial stewardship:
- Job estimation and supply of purchase orders and ensuring cradle financial data is up to date at all times based on agreed rate card
- Ensuring smooth financial processes both internally and with the client/agency
- Be able to support the AD in the management of the financial and usage reporting for the account and will take responsibility for ensuring all team members are successfully upholding their financial responsibilities on Cradle
