Currently recruiting for a HR Advisor in Darlington for minimum 6 months
Our client, a well known business in Darlington are seeking a HR Advisor for a minimum of 6 months. Looking for someone who is experienced within an advisory role, this is a great opportunity for the right person.
Duties will include:
* Acting as a trusted colleague to managers and employees
* Compiling and inputting into systems, including attendance, turnover, and ER cases
* Meeting and improving people measures: employee relations, employee engagement, attendance, turnover
* Improving and supporting resourcing decisions, including supporting managers in interviews and selection activities
* Appropriately recording employee relations issues and employee changes including ensuring generation of appropriate paperwork, liaising with HR support/payroll as appropriate
* Creating opportunities to generate feedback from employees e.g. at appropriate times of employee lifecycle to allow for continuous improvement of recruitment process, induction, engagement etc and input into company policy and practice.
