Role Requirements
Relevant experience is welcomed, but not essential, as you'll be given a Person-Centred Plan that covers everything from how to physically move someone to the best ways to be 'inclusive' in everything you do. And, because we appreciate that each resident is unique, we'll show you the best way to communicate with them and encourage them to voice their own choices and needs too. All we ask is that you're willing to work shifts on a rota system.
If you're a caring individual with a responsible attitude and a real commitment to helping other people reach their full potential and develop their independence, join us as a Support Worker
