Our Client is a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy who provide a full range of services to a variety of clients including residential housing, industrial and business and retail park developments. They are now looking for a Consultant Ecologist to join their team in Hampshire.
The candidate should have:
-Minimum of 2 years' experience as a consultant-level Ecologist and minimum of 5 years in ecological consultancy.
-At least one protected species licence (preferably Bat/GCN).
-Sound understanding of ecology-related issues, particularly in relation to planning and housing developments.
-Experience worked as part of a team in a consultancy.
-Experience helping to train graduate ecologists as part of their role.
-Experience managing projects, leading Phase 2 surveys, and attending meetings with clients.
This role will suit a candidate who is looking to develop their skills and progress to senior level in the near future.
