Private Sector Housing Officer - HMO Licensing

Following the introduction of Extended Mandatory Licensing for HMO's (Houses in Multiple Occupation) my client on the south coast of England is looking for a private sector housing officer to join our housing team to help them inspect HMO's

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience

* HHSRS (Housing Health & Safety Rating System) Accredited

* inspections to deliver the mandatory licensing scheme for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO)
* Proficient knowledge of the Housing Act- All four parts.
* Recent local authority experience

Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Contract Length: 3 Months with the possibility of a extension
