This is an exciting new post and Autism Together wants you to use your current qualifications, experience and knowledge to lead on the implementation of a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) programme across our Services
Working with our autism trainers and senior care managers, you will undertake functional assessments and lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of PBS for adults with autism. You will also deliver PBS training and workshops to our staff group.
You will be required to work in our Service locations across Wirral and surrounding areas. Candidates will hold a relevant degree level qualification (including PBS / ABA) and will have extensive experience of working with individuals with Autism. Ideally you will be able to provide a clinical lead with input on health, but this is not essential.
