We are delighted to announce that we now have a new vacancy for a Training Officer to be based at our Lincoln office within our HR Department, with regular travel to all other offices.

The Training Officer will work closely with the HR and ICT teams to design and deliver training across all offices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare and carry out training needs analysis across all offices.
• Produce a training matrix for new starters and continued professional development.
• To deliver ICT Inductions and fulfil ongoing training needs.
• To ensure full ICT user engagement.
• Write training sessions prepare and produce accompanying handouts.
• Carry out training on a one to one basis and to groups.
• Produce a monthly training report for the HR Director.
• Maintaining accurate training records.
• To provide training in ICT, Cash handling and Client Service and any other necessary training.
• Maintain client and company confidentiality.

Person Specification :

Qualifications - Essential - Training Qualification
                         Desired - PTTLLS, PGCE, Train the Trainer

Knowledge - Essential - Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
                     Desirable - Previous experience in a legal practice. Knowledge of Legal case             management systems and dictation software.

Skills - Essential - Excellent communication and presenting skills.

Strong prioritising, planning and time management skills.

Structured and organised.

Willingness to Learn and train in bespoke systems.

Competencies - Essential - Proactive and organised.

Supporting and highly efficient.

Adaptable and forward thinking.

Attributes - Essential - Willing to be flexible to meet the
Company’s needs.
