We provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester.

We are looking for a Property Inspector to help us to ensure the effective management and delivery of a high quality Responsive Repair, Void and Gas Servicing function.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for carrying out surveys and undertake inspections of our homes.
Someone who will take pride in representing the company, meeting, liaising, consulting, and providing assistance to colleagues, customers, leaseholders, agencies, contractors and other parties is key.
We need someone who has extensive knowledge of construction methods, the ability to diagnose building defects and a detailed knowledge of Health & Safety and relevant Regulations. Experience of housing repairs and maintenance in respect of social housing would be advantageous.
