The Job

You will lead a team to deliver the requirements of the site within your field

As the Mechanical Lead you will help deliver the site(s) budget through prioritising work, reconciling conflicting demands, reviewing and revising timing of work to agreed deadlines.

delivering a proactive, trained and engaged team ensuring that the company principles are Embedded within the team

Ensuring effective facilitation and co-ordination of third party contractors on sites is also a key part of your role

You will be advising on management and supervision of maintenance of buildings

The Fit

You must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a Facilities Management position

This must have been gained at a large and complex site

Previously managed a team of engineers

Action management and reactive works management experience is also essential

An understanding of SFG20 is also beneficial
