3aaa Apprenticeships is an Ofsted Grade 1 Outstanding national training provider specialising in the delivery of apprenticeship programmes across the country. We aim to provide the next generation of high quality IT employees, Digital Marketing executives, Financial Services staff, Managers and Accountants to feed the demand for qualified professionals through the exceptional delivery of Level 3, 4 & 5 training and professional qualifications. Our wider offer to clients continues to expand and grow to meet new demands. 3aaa have an exciting opportunity to join our Levy team as The Head of Corporate Sales. Based at our head office in Derby with some national travel you will be responsible for the identification of new corporate clients and development of relationships with key strategic clients at a Senior level. Taking a consultative approach to developing client relationships, you will lead on the development of a strategy to maximiseutilisation of the apprenticeship levy, working closely with senior personnel within each client. Responsible for overall performance of the 3aaa corporate business development, onboarding and engagement team, influencing high levels of performance and output. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering outstanding results through highly effective leadership qualities and a structured approach to planning for success. You will undoubtedly be an experienced leader and manager with a passion for delivering excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. A hands-on management style will ensure you engender the support of your team and genuinely ensure that 3aaa remain the provider of choice. You will be expected to ensure monthly targets are achieved for all direct reports, as well as developing additional opportunities and enrolments through your own Business Development., To identify new corporate clients with the scope and potential to develop long term strategic partnerships with 3aaa To develop strong professional relationships with key strategic clients, operating at a Senior level in a high-profile role and/or environment Lead on the development of a strategy to maximise utilisation of client's apprenticeship levy contributions, with due consideration to the commercial terms and viability for 3aaa Lead the team to translate the strategy to achieve high levels of performance and output To take a consultative approach to identify and secure opportunities, products and services for 3aaa, as appropriate ??Drive performance to ensure commercial viability and mutually beneficial partnerships are developed with clients Lead on new business presentations and development of supporting documentation to ensure a high-end professional service Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for the Director of Corporate Sales & Operations on a weekly basis Drive awareness and understanding of the levy nationally, working with marketing to coordinate strategic campaigns and conference content Forge strong relationships internally, working with colleagues across the business to broker relationships and ensure the right expertise to meet the client's needs effectively Produce a monthly report for the Director of Corporate Sales & Operations on; 1.Strategy 2.Starts to Profile 3.Pipeline and new business opportunities 4.Updates on client accounts To provide regular progress reports to the Director of Corporate Sales & Operations, and to be responsible for achieving budgeted targets To lead and directly line manage the team to achieve company targets, ensuring profitability levels are maintained and/or improved Review/develop performance and capabilities of the team to ensure targets are maximised To perform any Ad-hoc duties that the company considers to be reasonable To be mindful of your personal safety and the safety of apprentices and colleagues Attend training courses to further your personal development and knowledge Key Outcomes to be measured (KPI's) KPI's ??Sales - To work to agreed monthly/quarterly sales and financial targets ??Customer Satisfaction - 95% Employer satisfaction rates ??Staff Development - ensure all staff receive timely support to ensure performance is achieved and maintained, including the positive management of performance improvement plans where appropriate ??For all staff to deliver on the Company non-negotiables and live the 3aaa Vision, Mission and Values; Customer First, Excellence First and Integrity First ??A successful track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets ??Significant experience of leading and managing teams in a complex organisation ??Experience of engaging with employers ??Good level of IT literacy (Excel in particular) ??Clean driving licence and car ??Strong knowledge of Safer Recruitment best practice ??To hold (or pass) an Enhanced DBS check Desirable ??Knowledge of the FE sector, Apprenticeship Standards and funded programmes ??Experience of coaching, mentoring and training ??Knowledge of local labour markets and population/demographics Skills ??Creating a positive and empowering team culture ??Sales/operational/negotiating knowledge and experience ??Proven organisation and planning skills ??Problem solver with good organisational skills ??Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Qualities ??Positive mental, can do, attitude ??Promotes open and honest communication ??Hardworking, integrity, respectful and honest ??Attention to detail ??Willing to take responsibility and accountability ??Develops a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
