Manpower UK has an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist to join the operation working for one of our prestigious client as a Mobile On Site Recruitment Coordinator

You will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational service to both field staff and our client by effective deployment of our internal processes across the account.

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advising and supporting internal business partners on the account in delivering the appropriate guidance for a full and varied caseload. Working closely with others in the team you will be able to support general case management of escalated cases that are being dealt with throughout all of the sites within the UK, ensuring that all timeframes are adhered to. Imperative is to understand the business drivers of the account.

Job Role

* Develops a strong consultative relationship with key stakeholders on the account to focus on client needs and business drivers.
* Review of case paperwork, identifying gaps at site level, and working with business partners to close down cases quickly and efficiently.
* Work closely with the extended team to ensure timeframes and actions are met for each case, obtaining advice or assistance on a case by case basis.
* Liaising with colleagues around the wider business to arrange Hearing Managers for current cases.
* Complete a full and thorough investigation where appropriate and acting as a company witness as required.
* Delivering effective support to the Service Delivery Manager's and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function.
* Working to ensure that the agreed Service Level Agreements are achieved.

* Logical thought process and exceptional diary management to ensure all deadlines are adhered to, and matters resolved as soon as possible.
* Detail orientated, organised and able to take the initiative, along with the energy and desire to set the right performance standards.
* HR Generalist experience.
* You will have outstanding attention to detail with strong organisational skills. You will be expected to a time oriented and able to prioritise competing demands.
* You should be a strong team player.
* You should be flexible reacting efficiently to the various demands of the business.

This role is Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week between 0800 and 1800. Flexibility may be required to work additional or altered hours to support the service in case of escalations if required.
