£Excellent + bonus

Hours 38.75 hour week, early finish on Friday!

Our client, who provides speciality electronic components to the aerospace, defence, medical, space and industrial markets, is looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their busy, friendly team. Working with global clients the Sales Co-ordinator will be required to handle and print off incoming emails relating to sales orders, as well as handling some telephone enquiries and orders. You will work closely with the Sales Administrator and form part of the team that ensure orders are processed efficiently, effectively and promptly. The Sales Co-ordinator will also be the liaison between all departments to ensure the customer’s order is processed and shipped correctly. Full product training will be provided

Key Sales Co-ordinator Responsibilities:


  • Primary task will be to quote existing and new customers products that we offer accurately and efficiently



  • To look to grow these accounts and achieve more revenue from them by understanding what the customer requires and obtaining the pricing to be able to work the quotation through to an order
  • Check emails and print off all orders and order amendments, ensuring emails are answered promptly and filed accordingly
  • Ensure orders received from customers are the same specification as quoted and liaise with customer if different
  • Work closely with Sales Administrator who acknowledges orders
  • Communicate and work as a team with other departments
  • Complete pricing request forms on SLM to enable Supply Chain to obtain pricing
  • Create requests for stock
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Chase up outstanding quotations
  • Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally


Sales Co-ordinator Key Skills:


  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail is vital in this role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good understanding of Microsoft software, computer literate
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Good team player
