JOB TITLE: Production Operative - Nights
ALTERNATIVE JOB TITLES: Factory Worker, Machine Operative, Process Worker, Semi-skilled operative, Process Operatives
LOCATION: Kettering
SALARY: GBP19,200 (rising when fully trained to GBP21,500) + Overtime. Rate of pay starts at GBP9.59 per hour increasing to GBP10.75ph after initial training - normally a 10-12 week period. With further staged increases the next being GBP11.64 with other increases up to +GBP12.86ph as skill set develops.
PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to GBP500, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent with Client from start
HOURS: 6.00am - 2.00pm/2.00pm - 10.00pm Mon - Thur. 6.00am - 12.00Noon/12.00Noon - 6.00pm Fri. 38.50 hours per week

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require additional Process Operatives to join their nightshift team. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a stacker feeder, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate will increase from GBP9.59 by increments as you successfully master new skills.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career. Experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be advantageous.
